Technology solutions, delivered end to end

Five connected practice areas covering strategy, build, run and automation of your systems and configurations, with AI automation woven through. Engage one, or let us orchestrate them into a single, accountable operating model.

01 · The practices

Five practices, engaged together or one at a time

02 · Coverage

What each practice actually covers

Most engagements draw on two or three. This is the honest version of who owns what, so you can see the overlap before you commit to anything.

Coverage by practice. A practice marked partial contributes to that outcome but does not own it.
Practice Advisory Build & migrate Run 24/7 Automate Audit evidence
Managed Cloud AWS · Azure · Google Cloud
Cybersecurity SOC, MDR, Zero Trust
AI Automation Agentic AI, RPA, ML
Governance, Risk & Compliance ISO 27001, Essential Eight

Owned by this practice Contributes, does not own Handled by another practice

If two practices both claim an outcome, one of them is marketing. We would rather show you the seams than pretend there aren't any.

How we scope
03 · Commercials

Three ways to engage us

Same professionals, same standards. The difference is who carries the risk and how long we stay.

Fixed-scope project

A migration, a security uplift, an automation build. Defined outcome, agreed price, a start and an end.

Typical length
4–16 weeks
Priced
Fixed, after discovery
Best when
The problem is already named

Managed service

We run it. Monitoring, patching, helpdesk, security and cloud operations against agreed response targets.

Term
Monthly, no lock-in
Response
< 15 min critical target
Best when
Downtime costs real money

Embedded advisory

Days per month with your leadership or your existing IT person. Architecture, roadmap, vendor calls, board papers.

Cadence
Retained, days per month
Output
Decisions, not decks
Best when
You have a team, not a plan
Standard on every engagement

The parts nobody writes on a brochure

These are not upgrades or add-ons. They are how we work, and they are the questions worth asking any provider you are comparing us against.

Ask us anything on this list
Escalation
A named professional who knows your environment, not a ticket queue
Documentation
Your environment documented and handed to you, kept current
Credentials
You own every account, domain and tenancy. Always.
Reporting
Monthly, in plain English, with what changed and what it cost
Exit
No lock-in. If you leave, we hand over cleanly and help you land.

Pick the sentence that sounds most like your week.

06 · Industries

Trusted in regulated, high-stakes environments

07 · Questions

What people ask before they engage

Do we have to take all five?

No, and most clients don't. Start with one. The practices are built to be engaged individually and to compose cleanly if you later add another, which is why the coverage table above shows overlap rather than hiding it.

Can you work alongside our existing IT provider?

Yes. It is common for us to take one practice, such as security or automation, while an incumbent keeps day-to-day support. We agree the boundary in writing before we start so nothing falls between the two of us.

What does discovery actually involve?

One to two weeks. We look at your systems, your costs and how your team works, then come back with a written scope, a price and the risks we found. You can take that document to another provider if you want to compare, and it costs you nothing.

Who owns the tools and licences?

You do. Every tenancy, domain, subscription and cloud account is held in your name with your billing. We work inside your accounts rather than reselling you ours, so leaving us never means rebuilding from scratch.

How do you charge for out-of-scope work?

We flag it before we do it, never after. Anything outside the agreed scope comes back to you as a short written change with a price, and we wait for a yes. No surprise line items.

Are you locked to a particular vendor?

We hold certifications across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud and we do not take referral commissions that would bias a recommendation. If the right answer is the platform you already have, that is the answer you'll get.
