Our process

From busywork to automated, step by step

01

Find the opportunities

We map where manual, repetitive work is costing you the most time and money across the business.

02

Prioritise by payback

We rank the options by return, so we start with the automations that give the fastest, clearest wins.

03

Build & connect

We build the automation and connect it to the tools you already use, then test it thoroughly with your team.

04

Measure & expand

We track the hours and errors saved, tune it, and roll out the next opportunity from your list.

Specifics

How an automation gets built

The method matters more than the model. This is the sequence, every time.

Ask about anything on this list
Step 01
We watch the job being done, and time it. No workshop, no whiteboard.
Step 02
We price the current cost in hours per month. If it is small, we say so and stop.
Step 03
We automate the narrowest useful slice and run it beside the manual process
Step 04
We compare outputs for a fortnight before anyone relies on it
Step 05
We hand over the runbook, the switches and the off switch
Human review
Anything that touches money, a customer or a contract keeps a person in the loop
Your data
Stays in your tenancy. We agree in writing what any model may and may not see.
Measurement
Hours returned per month, tracked. If it does not pay back, we turn it off.
Failure mode
Every automation degrades to the manual process, never to nothing

Questions we get about this one

Will this replace people on our team?

In practice it removes the parts of a job nobody wanted: retyping, re-keying, chasing. We automate tasks, not roles. If a business case genuinely rests on headcount reduction, that is a decision for you to make openly, not a side effect to discover later.

What happens when the automation gets something wrong?

It degrades to the manual process, never to nothing. Anything touching money, a customer or a contract keeps a person approving it, and every run is logged so a mistake is traceable rather than mysterious.

Where does our data go?

It stays in your tenancy. We agree in writing what any model may and may not see before a line is built, and prefer designs where sensitive fields never leave your environment at all.

How do we know it's actually paying back?

We time the manual job before we start and report hours returned per month afterwards. If an automation does not clear the bar we set together, we turn it off — keeping it running to justify the build is how this work gets a bad name.

Do we need clean data first?

Rarely as clean as people fear. Messy data is normal and most of the work is handling it gracefully. What does need to be true is that the process is stable: automating something that changes every month is expensive and pointless.
